Hi there ...

So so sorry your going through this heartbraking time. .. and l know those others are making you feel sad / angry ... but there's so many that just can't handle seeing someone so poorly ... 

Your nan probly has the two people there right by her side ... you and mum could be all she needs right now ... you both holding her hand means more then you'll ever know ... keep chatting to her even if she looks asleep.. they say the hearing is the last thing to go .. so she just may hear you both ..

Remember she will always live in your heart .. and try to keep that picture of your nan in your head , how she was all those years before cancer ... because cancer wants to swap the good memories so you only see the memories cancer makes .. but your nan is far more then that .. she's the wonderful nan you were blessed to have had in your life ... that's how id want to be remembered if this cancer takes me ..
