So sorry you've had that news ... l tried the one from Holland and barrat. . It did nothing for me ... though I've got an uncle with Parkinson's,  he swears by it ...

But there's no proof it cures cancer ... have a chat with your oncology team ... l know it is supposed to help with pain ... but in my opinion, there's a long way to go yet ... there is some info on here if you put it in the search engine on the home page ... 

Hopefully @ask the nurses can help you more ... but your not alone ... if you need a shoulder to lean on ... there's lots here will do that ...

I would get a second opinion if I were you. No treatment option for you??? I don't think so.

Please request a MSI test (micro satellite instability test). It costs hardly anything and results are available in a week. Done on NHS. It tells you whether or not immunotherapy would be an option for you. For some people immunotherapy works a treat and the side effects aren't as bad as chemo.

Separately, look at trials (findmeacre.com eg). Look at the inclusion and exclusion criteria for the trial in question. Search the NCT ref for the trial on Google.  Find the email address for the trial leader and email that person with questions and info about your position. There are options.  Probabaly more outside the UK than in the UK.

Thank you for your reply.  I had a second opinion and I start chemo on Thursday followed by an op. After the full course.  I am very scared!
