So here I am.. still unable to get my head around everything

14 months ago my mam was diagnosed with throat cancer she had treatment however had to stop chemo as she didn't respond well 6 month check up found a massive lump in liver was able to have an operation however filling that check up cancer back in bladder told us yes can operate and on the day git checked over and told because she has fluid that needs draining wont offer her anymore treatment and told us if shes lucky she has 20weeks left.. nothing lucky about this at all as she us also my grandparents full time carer

Seems like it hasn't hit me yet..
