Advise on latter stages of Bowel Cancer

Today is the first year anniversary of being diagnosed with bowel cancer (amazed she's lasted this long). She was told very early on that it couldn't be cured.

She is now in i think the final stages. She is totally exhausted has no enerygy whatsoever. She is eating or drinking very little and has now been bedridden for a week.

Recenttly she has stopped peeing - she has the sensation but nothing comes, she also hasn't been poo since tuesday. She also was diagnosed with demntia at the same time, and this is deteriorating extremely quickly too.

Was just wondering if this is normal at this late stage (if anything is normal).
