I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandmother.

I lost my nanna in November last year and it was the most heart breaking thing I've gone through. She was like a second mum to me and the first person I've ever known to pass away.

No matter what happens you have to stay strong. I know that it is easier said than done. Spend as much time with her as you possibly can and take photos, millions of them. Cherish every moment you have and try not to be sad.

I hope the new medicine does work for her, keep your spirits and hope held high.
