Mum was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer last July and coped well through the chemo and radiotherapy! Then about 6 weeks ago we found out that it has spread to her spine and pelvis and since then things have gone from bad to worse... She had more radiotherapy last week and is now back home but now cant move her legs and she seems completely out of it... Is this the beginning of the end? I was expecting her to keep going for a few months more at least... It's all happening far too quick! We have a holiday booked for in 2 weeks time for the kids but now I'm wondering if I should cancel/postpone in case the end is nigh... I just don't know what to do any more
