Hi my dad is soo emotional,scared and depressed I don't know how to help with these feelings. He doesn't want to die but is waisting his last month's not living .

I may not be much help but thought I'd at least acknowledge your post. So sorry you find yourself on here and that your dad is suffering from cancer. It's very understandable that he will be feeling depressed, scared, upset, a whole mixture of emotions. Being scared of the unknown. All I can say is the best people to speak to would be his doctor or macmillan nurse they may be able to offer you some advice regarding your dad and how to help. In the mean time all you can do is offer him some support. Maybe suggest a few things he might enjoy even just small things at first. Park, museum, pub lunch, cinema...anything. Time is very precious and none of us must waste our valuable time on this earth, each day is a blessing and whilst we are alive we must learn to live.
