Well after the shock of the premiums wanted to cover my cancer, I've decided to take out insurance, but my cancer isn't covered. I have my ehic card so fingers crossed nothing happens. Or at the very least I can book a flight home.
Davek has posted here on a travel insurance thread which you have contributed to. The links both he and I have posted on the discussion give you information about what is covered by the EHIC card.
