We have just been told that my dad has advanced lung cancer and there is nothing that they can do!
We are so schocked and scared.
Would just like some advice and the best way to keep him as comfortable as possible.
Hi All i am so sorry to hear of your losses i am crying reading your posts and fly it sounds like you have had the most horrendous time i send my condolances to you aswell.
So yesterday i had the terible news that my mum has only a few weeks to live she was diagnosed in september with terminal lung cancer and started chemo straight away which did nothing it has now spread to her liver and they think her brain. There is nothing they can do for her she is only 45. I am 10 weeks pregnant with my first child and her first grandchild i am really struggaling to keep it together for her and look after myself.
I am devastated i can not imagine going through this pregnancy without my mum xxx
im so sorry to read your post,it's such a devastating feeling when you are told that your loved one has not got long,all I can say is spend every minute of the day and night with you're mum,I did and no matter how tired you are,you will look back and really think it was worth it.
Your going to get through this,you have to for your baby,so keep strong and show her how much you love and cherish her.
