I just came across your post and wanted to reassure you that this is definitely a space where you can chat to others about what you're going through and you've chosen the right part of the forum to do that. You've done nothing wrong, it's just been a little quieter over the summer so fewer people have been posting but hopefully some of our members who are going through this too will stop by for a chat soon and share their thoughts and advice.

If you'd like to speak to one of our cancer nurses about the current dilemma you're facing with your pain, you can make a post about this in our nurses section of the forum called ask the nurses. Our nurses are very kind, and insightful, and will do all they can to support you. They also have a helpline that's available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.

Living alone with a terminal illness must be incredibly difficult but we are here for you Furlongs and are sending you all our strength and support.
