I'm sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis. Undoubtedly, this will have been a difficult time, and it's understandable that you might have had questions and concerns about what the coming weeks and months might look. 

I'm glad to hear that the hospice team were visiting yesterday, and I hope that they were able to give you some answers and reassurance about the support that will be available to you and your Mum. 

As Davek has said, the honest answer is that no one can say with any certainty how things will progress for your Mum. If it would help to chat things through with one of our nurses at any time, you're welcome to give them a call.
