Welcome to the Cancer Chat forum. I'm a little unsure from your post if you have concerns about a possible brain tumour or if you've already been diagnosed with one. Either way, it's understandable that this is a difficult time for you at the moment.
If you have concerns about your health and haven't yet seen a doctor then do make arrangements to talk with someone about your symptoms. Hopefully they will be able to give you some reassurance and arrange any appointments, tests or referrals that are appropriate.
If you've been diagnosed as having a brain tumour, then I hope that you have support from the health professionals caring for you and the people who are around you.
