Terminal - Dad given up to 18 months last September but he's in hospital after a fall and had a stroke this morning. Has the cancer now reached his brain?

My Dad was diagnosed in June 2023 of Prostate and bone cancer stage 4 terminal was given up to 18 months a year last September.

He has fallen been rushed to hospital and has had a stroke this morning does this mean the cancer has now reached my Dad's brain.

Also they will not let me see him as he is too poorly
