I'm sorry to hear that your husband has advanced lung cancer. It's understandable that this might be a difficult time for you both. 

We have some information on our website about the last few weeks and days of life that may be helpful for you to read through. 

Are you being supported by the local palliative care team? Do talk through any concerns that you have with the nursing team. If you don't have support from the palliative care or district nurse team, then talk with your husband's GP or specialist to organise a referral. 

If you'd like to talk with one of our nurses for some advice and support, you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can.
