My dad has terminal cancer ( pancreatic then spread to liver, lung, stomach & lymph nodes) he was told in Jan it would be about a year less without chemo. He had 6 sessions of  chemo but he became too unwell to have more. 

He is now in hospital weighs 8 stone (5"10) & in the ladt 3 days has stopped eating / drinking almost completely, talks in barely a whisper but is icing hand gestures rather than words, has a rattle when coughing on his chest, and a large blue bruise on his arm under his skin. He has also getting really confused & forgetful  in the last 48 hours & is hallucinating & becoming distressed that he doesn't know where he is. 

Is he in the last few days? The sudden progression has come in the last 3 days. He's bed bound/ catheter etc.
