Dying but just living 1 day at a time

I was diagnosed with terminal cancer on November 26 on American thanks giving day my husband is American, after the first shock of being told I was dying I have learned just to live 1 day at a time I have made a bucket list but I have done things that I wanted to do I have learnt to just live one day at a time .

  • Hi Jacqueline

Everyone on this forum has developed a strategy to cope with cancer. Yours of living one day at a time is an excellent one. Im on palliative care and having immunotherapy. My strategy is to keep life as normal as.possible and to live with cancer. I just do what Im able to each day and accept the things that I cant do.

Perhaps those reading your post can contribute their own coping strategies.
