Hello Riley899
I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's diagnosis and that he's struggling so much. Are there any health professionals involved with your Dad's care, such as district nurses ora palliative care team? I'd suggest asking them who you need to contact in your local area to access mobility aids. There will be a community occupational therapy and physiotherapy service which you can access for aids such as wheeled commodes (which you could use as a wheelchair indoors) and walking frames.
If you are looking to find a wheelchair to use outdoors, then these services may also be able to help or should be able to point you to other providers in your local area who can help with a loan of equipment, such as the Red Cross.
If your Dad doesn't currently have any support from the palliative care team or the district nurse, then give his GP surgery a call as they should be able to help you get in touch with the right people.
I hope that you can access the equipment you need for your Dad and that he is being well supported by health professionals.
Sending you my best wishes,
Jenn
