I am very sorry to hear about this. It must be so painful and difficult for you. It ould happen to any of us and it seems so random and unfair.
If course I can't predict what I'd do in your position but I think I'd try a combo of medication, talking it through with friends, family and professionals, and building lots of good memories.
You may also feel a bit better when a treatment plan gets underway?
