Hi Clare I have to agree with ProfBaw I can't spot any spelling mistakes but I know how annoying it is after you press send and then spot one its so irritating ,I actually do it a lot on Facebook when I'm messaging my friend in a hurry before I forget something ,I usually end up either deleting the whole message or respelling the word and sticking it on the bottom lol x

Doing fine, doing fine. Damn tooth is hurting though. I grind my teeth badly, and always damaging my teeth. Even wear a night guard, but it does little to stop it. Next stop will be to get botox in my jaw muscles to relax them. When i was around 20, a dentist told me i was grinding my teeth, and i needed a night guard. Having the British attitude back then, i thought he was attempting to rip me off. I had no pain, no nothing. So i thought he was coming me. Fast forward a couple of decades, and for the last 6 years, I have had nothing but bother. So to save myself around £70 back yonder, i have spent over 5k on my teeth fixing the damage. I'm always cracking molars, getting toothaches, and needing root canals. The kicker is, i have always looked after my teeth and only ever had decay once.

Do you ever wish you could go back in time and give yourself a hard kick up the backside. When you're young, you think you know it all. It's only as you get older, you realise you had little or no life experience back then.

I’ve been feeling very tired today as I was poorly in the night with bad pain in my stomach I keep trying to eat . Then after a few days my body has different ideas and I’m sick or have an upset tummy xx 

After a bad night its good that you can finally rest when you can ,also eat when you can ,I hope you're feeling a little better now though .
