Good afternoon, found out today my Grandad has been diagnosed with liver cancer and there is nothing them can do and he has been sent home for pallative care. any idea how long he has?
I'm sorry to hear about your Grandad's diagnosis earlier this week. It's naturally a difficult time for you all and understandable that you may have questions.
It's difficult for anyone to say how quickly your Grandad's cancer will progress. It's good to know that the palliative care team will be supporting him and the family. They will be best placed to try and give you some insight into how things may progress in the coming weeks.
