i have testiuclar cancer and i am dying what do i say to my loved ones
Hello pookiewookiesookie123
I'm very sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Undoubtedly this is a difficult time for you all and it's natural that there will be questions and concerns about how things will move forward over the coming days.
I'm unsure from your post if this is a new diagnosis or if your loved ones are already aware of your illness. It can be hard but try to be open and honest with your loved ones about your diagnosis and take this opportunity to have the conversations with them that you would like to. Don't leave words left unsaid if you feel that there are things you'd like to say.
From the many posts I've read here on the forum from people who have lost a loved one being able to create some happy memories in their last days can help in the days and weeks afterwards. I hope that you and your loved ones will have the opportunity to be able to do this with each other.
We do have some information on our website about talking about dying that may be helpful for you as well as some information about dying with cancer. There's also some information on the Marie Curie website that you may find helpful.
I hope that you're all able to support each other through this difficult time. If you're able to post again, and it helps, then we're here to listen.
Thinking of you all at this difficult time.
Best wishes,
Jenn
