My dad's got pancrese cancer and bowel cancer it's terminal he hasn't got long left I can't afford to go and visit him before he goes which is really killing me wish I could say goodbye
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad's diagnosis and that you're unable to visit him. It must be a really difficult situation for you both.
Although it's not the same as seeing someone in person, is there any way you can maybe video call your Dad to enable you to speak with each other? Maybe there is someone in the family or a friend who is with your Dad that can help make this happen. Maybe you can write to your Dad as a way of telling him all the things that you would say if you were able to be there in person.
I know that we have had members here who have lost loved ones without the opportunity to say their final goodbyes in person. Hopefully, some of them will reply to share their experiences and support with you.
