My Dad, immunotherapy and what to expect

Hello all, thanks for having me

My dad is in his early 80s and for the past few years has been on a rollercoaster health wise, although I admire his grit.

It has now been discovered ( by accident from results of another scan rather than symptoms) that he has primary liver cancer. The tumour is huge, and it looks like it's spread to his hip.

He is starting immunotherapy shortly. He will be going into hospital for this treatment every three weeks. He has support from us kids (he says he's in danger of us over supporting ️). My mum is well but she's nervous, my dad is worried about my mum, and I want to support however I can.

Can anyone give me their exerpiences as I'm stepping into the unknown here and would like to be a bit prepared. I have no idea how I'm doing emotionally, we're all in shock I suppose.

Thank you x
