How can we help our 36 year old son who has stage 3 oesophagus cancer he's in hospital in London at the moment my wifes with him as I'm working I go down weekly his wife gos down when she can as they have 2 small children 

It's heartbreaking watching him in pain and crying and covered in tubes I'm so angry I pray every night but for what my sons dieing before my eyes and theirs nothing we can do
