My dad was diagnosed in November 2019 with mesothelioma, he underwent immunotherapy but this has now been stopped due to the cancer spreading to his stomach. He has a plearx drain fitted and is being "drained" every other day by the district nurses who are taking at least 1 litre off each time. He is now under the care of the hospice at home team. He is losing weight rapidly and the doctors said in April that he would only have a few months to live. I wonder if anyone else has been through the same and would have any comments on what we need to look out for that shows dad is taking a turn for the worse. In himself he says he feels fine but day by day we can see a decline.
Thank you.
