Please advise needed

Hi all

I'm 46 and going through the dying process. I've not informally been dignosed with cancer but has a renal scan in February they found a lump on my left kidney that was not followed up was told it was benign.

At this moment I'm experiencing all signs end life. Agitation etc and feel my brain changing me. I only weigh 3 half stone my gp came put Friday literally checked me over and looked scared of me and left quicly without explanation etc.

I cant call 999 coz I cant havepeople contact and I cant keep still and get confused. I'm so scared as i know this is going get worse I'm thinking maybe i go unconscious naturally as my body cant take much more and just die that way.

Plesse what can i do x

  • Hi Samantha11,

If you are experiencing concerning symptoms then you should call your doctor, or dial 111 to get advice from the NHS. If it feels like a medical emergency then you should dial 999. If you are unable to do this yourself, you should get a friend, family member, or neighbour to do this on your behalf.

This is the quickest and best way to get medical help when you need it, and these people will be best placed to help you.

There is also 111 online, which can tell you where to get help for your symptoms if you're not sure what to do.

If you feel unhappy with what your GP said, you can also give them a call back, or alternatively look to get a second opinion.

    All the best,

  • If you are unable to call, please follow the online link to the 111 services, to get advice.

If it is urgent, speaking to someone via 999 will get you the help you need, even if it means explaining your communication difficulties first.

There is help available so do reach out in any way you can.

I hope you're able to get any support you need soon.

    Best wishes,
