  • Hi. I'm sorry to hear your *** news.

lots of people are going through similar journeys abs can offer lots of support and advice.

I'm 42 and I've got breast cancer and awaiting chemotherapy , radiotherapy and meds after having like loads of tests and one surgery.

I can't give you any advice on ovarian issues ? Have you got a cancer nurse?? You need to write down any questions ? Outcome ? Treatment? Surgery ? Recovery ?  Family risks etc. They should be able to offer some

specific answers to your qustsions. As everyone's journey is slightly different.

you've been given a quick appoitment for surgery which can only be a good thing. Gives you less time to ponder over but not much time to get support.

    Best of Luck for Wednesday.

    much love Efffie x

  • You are amazing and strong. They have found that HRT has helped women with full hysterectomies however unless that happens they shouldn't have to prescribe you HRT.

  • Thankyou I have surgery on Thursday terrified but have to get these tumours out me as soon as possible I spoke to my surgeon today and I am gettin a full hysterectomy up and down incision she said, what makes it worse is u have no visitors to come see you just for a hug that's all you want at times like this xx

  • Thankyou so much and yay it's all came round pretty fast so I have to be grateful for that don't hve any cancer nurse as yet sure I will have all this after surgery I know I'm gettin chemo but that's all I know good luck with ure journey cx

  • Hi,

Having no visitors in hospital is a total bummer. You can hug your family when you get home they'l be excited to have you back where you belong x
