Hi Nic,

I had stage 2A cervical cancer and diarrhea was not a symptom for me. I had it after I started receiving chemo and radiation, though. I think that anxiety can cause diarrhea and all sorts of other "symptoms".  Keep track of what your feeling and let your doctor know but don't obsess over every twinge and gurgle your body makes. Try to take it one day, one appointment at a time and just breathe. You got this!

Morning, the only advice I can offer is take each day as it comes and on difficult days just remember to breath! 
As LauraP has said, keep track of your symptoms and speak to your doctor, consultant or oncology nurse when you can.
