Hi Denise,

Hi,
i use this group for support and understanding, my dad colin cancer stage 4, spread to liver he has a large mass in the liver and evidence of isolated tumours, extramural venous, lymphatic and perineural evasions.
he had his colon op and stoma bag 3 weeks ago tomorrow, it took about 2 weeks before the liver doctor contacted him but he is now booked in for chemo
starring on the 23rd, oral for 15 days 7 day rest then full body chemo, 12 cycles has been suggested.
So far i believe they give it a weekish before getting u booked in for chemo but i could be wrong as rach persons case is different.
i hope u are feeling ok xx
Hi Denise,
I understand how u feel as I'm also worried how I'm gonna cope juggling everything especially that I'm the person who likes to control things and likes things done quickly.Im sure you are doing better than you think as you have gone through op already and now having chemo so it says a lot.Can I ask what side effects u having so far?
Hi Anka,
Thank you , my side affects are feeling sick pins and needles around my face and eyes does not last long but very uncomfortable hope you are okay
Denise
I'm not gonna lie I'm a bit scared about loosing hair(I know it's not priority)
