i had my appendix removed and a month later got a call that I urgently needed to come to hospital but they wouldn’t tell me why, I got there and was informed I have a cancerous neuroendocrine tumour which was later diagnosed as bowel cancer, I have my surgery in 2 days in which I’m having a right hemicolectomy, I also found out I am pregnant in the same week, I never thought I would have to fight this battle so young, I am only 18
