soon I’m starting abvd chemo for lymphoma. Everything is moving very fast.

has anyone got any tips or advice on how I can ease symptoms or keep my head feeling okay?
im a young lady and feel sad that I can’t be doing the same things as my friends, im going to miss my hair as its a big part of femininity for me.

im also full of doubt but trying to be positive.
