I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Undoubtedly this has been a difficult time for you and natural that you want to explore any treatment or trial options that may be open to you. 

Do you know what treatment or trial the team in Madrid is offering you? If you're able to share that information we may be able to find more details for you or try to connect you with someone who can help.

I do know that Kidney Cancer UK has a support group specifically for people living with metastatic kidney cancer so it may also be worth getting in touch with them to see if anyone has any personal experience they can share.
