I've been diagnosed with small cell renal carcinoma. I had kidney cancer early last year and had my kidney removed, then I had my yearly scan and my world came crashing down. 

I've done the worst thing and googled it and it doesn't make for good good reading. The consultant told me at the time that I've have 1yr to 18 months if I had no treatment. I'm 44 year old with a beautiful wife and two gorgeous boys 14 and 17. I'm so scared, I've never smoked and don't drink why me.....
