Melanoma - Follow up.

I was diagnosed in November with a Melanoma - 0.9mm, graded at a Stage 1B. When they did the original excision they did tell me there was no spread beyond the site. I had a wide local excision on 21-12 where I was told the margins were clear.

The mole was on my upper left arm.

Today I had my first 3 month follow up. I was quite shocked by the in-depth lymph node check and then all my kidneys and spleen checked etc. All was ok which is a massive relief but now I'm already worried about next time? Will the cancer of spread by then? Will it then show up in my lymph nodes. I'm really quite scared now.
