I'm not sure where to start, first my sister then mum passed away from heart failure on what should have been Lynn's birthday, 26 days after Lynn died.
bottling it all up doesn't seem to working very well
oh my gosh - am so so sorry to read this. you must feel absolutely floored. unfortunately emotional pain needs to come out but we're so scared of feeling it that we often do anything to push it down or escape it. i am sending you a big hug and i hope you have some kind of support network around you? x
