I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and I'd like to send our condolences. I can only imagine how incredibly difficult this must be. It's good that you are being involved in the arrangements but I can appreciate it must be a lot to handle as well.

Some of these decisions may feel tough to make at the moment with everything going on. If you're worried about potentially regretting not doing it, perhaps that's your decision made - sometimes it's harder to regret not doing something than doing something.

It's hard to advise what to write as you will know your relationship best. If you're not sure, perhaps keeping it simple would be good - a simple message of love. I'm not sure if you want to include anything else, but if you do then perhaps a personal photo or something similar could be nice.

I hope it all goes OK with the funeral and everything else. And hopefully you have others around you to speak to if you need to. We are always here for support on the forum if you need it. And don't forget there are organisations available too if things get a bit much - Cruse is a good place to start if you need support.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mum passing away.

I was following your posts in September and my heart broke for you. I think I tried to reply a few times im not sure if it worked. I went through something similar with another family member and im always here to talk, she passed away and it was incredibly painful but im out on the other side coping the best I can 6 months on.
