Hello Bowl2308, 

I just wanted to welcome you to our forum. I am so sorry to hear you have lost your partner to breast cancer. I can imagine it must be so hard for you at the moment but I just wanted you to know you have come to the right place to meet others who understand what you are going through at the moment. 

We sadly have many members of the forum who have also lost their partner to cancer and one name springs to my mind [@Chris2020]‍ whose wife also had breast cancer and sadly passed away at a very young age. You can read his moving thread and feel free to reply to him if you wish.

I thought I would also share with you our page on coping with grief where you will learn more about the grieving process and which I hope you will find helpful. It's a long and difficult process but I wanted you to know that you are not alone and that any time you want to speak to someone else who understands what you are going through, there is always someone on the forum who has been there before and can deeply relate to what you are describing.

For me im finding it hard to cope my heart hurts I'm broken but reading coping with help grief helps a bit 

So very sorry for the loss of your lovely wife I lost my husband of 44years on November 11th 2020 and it is so hard take every day at a time look after yourself  annie

it will take me a long time she was my side kick really miss her a lot but I know she's in heaven watching me it's just hard thanks Rob x
