I'm sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis. It's obviously an incredibly difficult time for you all and it's understandable that your Dad is struggling. 

I'd suggest getting in touch with your nearest Maggie's centre. they will be able to offer your Dad some support. Alternatively, give your Dad's GP surgery a call and ask about local services in your area that may be better able to help. It may be that you have a local hospice or counselling charity that are able to offer your Dad some support with what he is experiencing.

We have had a tiny glimmer of hope today the hospital had a MDT meeand they have agreed to do a biopsy to see if it is treatable and is it is they will commence chemotherapy.  I have just got everything crossed.
