I sympathise with you as my daughter died of brain cancer two years ago and I found it very difficult to sleep, I would sleep for two hours and then be wide awake for most of the night. It still happens but not every night. Like you my family have been brilliant. 

Hope you are able to find in time your grief becomes more bearable.

Thank you life is not good at the moment I just had a lump removed from my forehead which has turned out to be cancer so with my husband just passed away and now this sleeping is a nightmare but one day at a time x
