Firstly welcome to Cancer Chat and I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Everyone's journey of grief is different and is often very painful - I hope that things will gradually begin to ease or at least become more manageable for you. I know there will be many others here who have been through or are going through something similar, so hopefully you'll receive further replies soon and I hope that the forum can act as some small support for you.

Take things slowly and keep looking after yourself and speaking to others around you where you can. We're always here as well if you need to reach out to others.
