  • Hello Izzy

I'm so sorry to hear that you lost a Grandparent to cancer last year. I'm sure that it's been a very difficult time for you.

It's good to hear that you've been to see a Dr about your symptoms and that you've had them checked out but I'm sorry that you're still struggling with things.

You might find it helpful to have a look at this NHS website which has lots of advice and tips about managing anxiety. I know that it's really difficult at the moment with not being in school but keeping busy and limiting your time online can be one good way of helping you to feel better.

If you feel that you're really finding things difficult do talk to someone. If you don't feel able to talk to your parents or one of your teachers then you can get in touch with Childline who offer lots of support to children and young people.

I do hope this information helps a little and that things improve for you soon.

    Best wishes,
    Jenn
