child or adult what is the difference?? the hurt and grief?

My 17 year old son is terminal according to oncologist.  He is dying from recurring medulloblastoma.  I want to know how any mother can recover, live, after this hell, injustice!!!!!!  If my beautiful saintly child was an adult it would not differ.  How does it with you ?

    I am so very sorry to hear about your son's recent diagnosis. I can imagine that it has been devastating news for the whole family and I know that there is nothing I can say to ease your pain. 

    Sadly I know that there will be other Mothers and families who are in your situation and you may be able to connect with those via The Brain Tumour Charity. They have a specific parents support group.
