Hey,

I lost my nan today to lung cancer that had spread to liver and bones.

She has been in pain for 3 months but was misdiagnosed with a muscle disorder. She went into hospital 12 days ago and today she passed away.

We were incredibly close! I miss her already

So so sorry your going through this heartbraking time at the moment and you lost your wonderful nan ... I am a nanny too who adore my grandkids ... so my heart goes out to you ..
Your nan will live in your heart now ... you take her with you through your life ... and bet she's looking down so proud of you ... Chrissie x
