Quarantine and Grieving

Hey all,

It's fast approaching my Mums first 'deathversary'. I can't believe my Mum has been gone 10 months, it's still so unreal. I think about her every single day. I've been off work for 9 weeks and believe this has given me way too much time to think and I've been struggling with my grief. I know grieving isn't supposed to be a walk in the park and I never expected it to be, but it feels heightened with this whole pandemic going on, anyone felt that too?

I hope you're all taking care.

  • Hi

my daughter died 10 months ago. I feel that it has heightened things as well, not being able to go walking or seeing my grief counsellor to talk things over. You know that lots of people are going through the same things as you but it doesn’t really help.i am rambling sorry, I just wanted to answer you as you had no replies.
