Hi there ..

So so sorry your going through this heartbraking time at the moment... it's always hard but this time of year it's even cruler ..  but be kind to your self .. grief hits us all .. it's the body's way of coping by letting out emotions .. sadly there's no easy way through .. 

I lost my mum near xmas ... so I know it's horrible seeing everything happy and xmas lights and festivities when our world was turned upside down ... but carry him safe in your heart now... and know it does take time ... just take one step and one day at a time... Chrissie x
