So so sorry your going through this heartbraking time at the moment... it seems even more painful this time of year ... but reach out .. you can call McMillan and there's always someone there who will chat with you .. it helped me .. and ask them if they can give you info on councilling in your area ..
Your not alone .. if you look on these threads you'll see so many going through what you are right now .. this is the place to come and chat or vent .. just get thoughts off your chest ... I lost both my parents in my 30s ... and felt so robbed .. but you know we can keep them tucked up in our hearts and carry them with us through life ... think what your dad would say .. I'm sure he's giving you a vertual hug...
