Such a sad day - a year can feel like no time at all and forever at the same time when you are grieving.

Work can be a good distraction but please take some time out for yourself to remember the happy times you had with both your parents. If the tears start to flow then just let them. Too many of us hold them back for fear of not being able to stop once we start, but our minds seem to need the physical release of crying.
