Thank you it still seems surreal don't think it has sunk in yet. I'm off work for a bit but still a bit lost 

I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad six months ago and it still feels surreal, but know that it gets (a little) better with time. Sending you all the love and strength in the world, be kind to yourself xx

I am so sorry for your loss the pain is beyond belief.  My mum passed away 4 days ago and I am feeling tottaly lost. She had 3 months with us but we thought we would get longer. I feel cheated and don’t know what to do. She was the rock of the family and always has been. I wake up crying, go to sleep crying knowing that she will never be at the end of the phone or open her door to me again makes me feel sick and hurt like I have never felt before . 

I don’t know what to write really I just needed to write my feelings down. I have no idea what I should be doing!
