I just wanted to say hello and wish you all the best as you continue to grieve for Jayne. She sounds like she was a wonderful lady and I'm sure will always be in your heart and in your memories. I can imagine the service must have been hard for you, but it must have been a comfort to have your family there to support you. You may have come across similar resources, but I thought this may be useful and it has some details for Cruse Bereavement Care. As you say, there is no right way to grieve and it should be at your own pace.

at present im getting bereavement counselling from the hospice,found out at my last session on tuesday that you can only have 8 sessions,so only got 2 left,hopefully i will be able get breavement counselling at the plave youve mentioned after my sessions end.but im hoping they might continue as i know i need them to help me.
