About 5 years ago, mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer which started from the left side. It eventually spread to the liver and bones. She got admitted to the hospital before April to lower the calcium levels and suffered fluid retention. Doctors wanted to remove the fluid retention but the risk of bleeding was too great. She was in a lot of pain and given round the clock palliative care with pain relief but eventually passed away on the 7th April.
